when I reopen a file that I have created earlier (to correct a spelling mistake), the developmental stage is erased (maybe also other fields but this is the one I have noticed)

Når jeg legger inn et nytt RNAi forsøk ville det være kjekt om jeg ikke trenger å legge alle 10 inn med samme start dato, samme stadier etc etc. En enkel løsning er kanskje om der var mulighet for å kopiere en annen entry. Alternativt om du kan lage en batch funksjon

New data-type and menu changes

Hi,

there is a new data type which is intended to store and annotate in-situ hybridization images. It would be nice if you could test this.

In-situ images can be created and viewed by all users of the database. Also, to unclutter the menu, I have made the menu hierarchical, with three entries with sub menues:

In-situ images
- New in-situ image
RNAi
- New RNAi
- RNAi Gallery
Forum

Now, the first two links display the list of items, and once clicked, they open the sub-menues.

Should be fixed....

FIXED: Uploads don't work any more!

Update: /tmp is full, that is the reason why uploads don't work any more. Changed tmp directory to

/var/tmp, anyways users abusing /tmp to store compute data should be ....

We are having slight problems with the file upload!

After todays server restart, Admin and other users noticed problems with uploading any files. No idea what this is about.

Checked if the disk is full, but has 20+ GB of space free, directory is writeable to apache.

There is no message in the error log either...

Fragment protocol

Would like to add a fragment protocol.

The original protocol from the kit manufacturer and the revised version that we use. Or maybe we should upload the one revised and refer to the original protocol.
