Scaffolds imported

The import of scaffolds is complete. Have a look at http://lb-test.bccs.uib.no/?q=salmon_louse.
I am now waiting for a first set of gene predictions to import.

Wrong contigs imported!

Ignore the last contig import. In fact I had assumed that the file I was importing contained scaffolds, so I imported the features as type 'supercontig'.
This was in fact not true, I imported the non-scaffolded contigs. Not that I hadn't asked about that earlier
Now I got the 'real' file: LSalAtl1S.fasta (note the S). I will delete all imported contigs and import the real supercontigs....

The scaffols have been imported. They can be viewed from the Organism page for example.

Installed modules:
- MimeDetect (needed to edit mimedetect.install)
- FileUpload (to allow for file uploads)
- ImageField (to allow upload of images)
- Need to ask lb_admin to grant permissions
Edited tripal_run_jobs.php: set local mem limit to 4GB

changed the Site Logo (Garland theme)
changed the favicon to a LiceBase icon
Changed the color theme in Garland to Aquamarine
Enabled the WYSIWYG editor for Admins
Set account creation policy to Admins only, before was possible for every visitor to create own account!
