Updated! Added more fields to the RNAi page

Hi,

More fields and changes as of discussed 6.3.2013:

  • experiment protocol
  • echange fragment batch id with production date
  • number of replicates for validation
  • Experiment Batch ID should be of the format RNAi [A-Z]+
  • Add protocols
  • There should be also fragment production protocols, I will create a new data type.

 

 

UPDATED:

Added fields and changes

  • Sex
  • Number of individuals at start
  • Number of individuals at the end (under phenotype)
  • Multiple phenotype CV entries now possible
  • Multiple Image File uploads now possible (only single Gallery image)
  • Image File type can now also be JPG, and PNG
  • Changed number of Developmental Stage CV to maximum 2
  • modified the documentation a bit
  • Fragment Label ID can now from F0 instead of F1
  • Added Fragment Batch ID
