Results from a run of InterProScan5 have been uploaded to LiceBase. InterProScan was run on the protein sequences for all predicted Ensembl proteins in L.salmonis. InterProScan reports are linked to Proteins, to access them, search for the protein of interest (e.g. EMLSAP0000002400) using
and click on the EMLSAPXXXXXX id. Then use the links one the right:
- Annotated Terms (shows all ontology terms annotated (Interpro and GO))
- Sequence (AA sequence)
- GO Assignments (GO terms assigned by InterProScan, GO terms are linked to their annotation in AmiGO)
- InterPro Report (All observations by InterProScan)
