I have update the FPKM data track in GBrowse with the new FPKM data. To enable the view of expression profiles for all new and old data sets:

• open the genome browser
• in Select Tracks enable the Transcripts + FPKM track
• Return to Browser
• Move the mouse over a transcript in that track, the visualization appears
• Click on the transcript to make the pop-up permanent.
• Graphics can be saved in different format by clicking on the button in the top-right (3 bars) corner of the window.

You can find the expression profile of your favorite gene or transcript, byentering its EMLSAG or EMLSAT id into the GBrowse's location search.

The FPKM data is generated by Cufflinks using the most recent genome annotation (including ncRNA transcripts). All RNA-seq data have been aligned again using the STAR alignment pipeline enabling for spliced alignments.
