Nauplia were bathed in both EcR and USP fragment. A distinct phenotype where the animals did not molt into copepodids were visible. The animals seem to have certain characteristics of the copepodid, meaning some developmental processes has begun. I suspect the animals would have died after a few more days. Knockdown was significant for fragments for EcR with 52 % but nor for USP 30 %.
