Both males and females were injected, 14 animals of each sex/fish. 2 males in F159 were dead, so 6C only got 12 males. Females were pread1 and males (newly molted) pread2. Termination at 11 post injection. At that point all males were adults. All females were pread2 except for one very young adult (still soft). In the control group, lice were not harvested but counted on the fish
