A group in experiment L. The animals have problems with reproduction: a total of 7 animals were recovered, 4 didnt have anystrings, the other 3 had short to very short eggstrings. Digestion appeared normal.

 

QPCR using two sybr green probes outside target sequence did not show significant downregulation of the gene (n=5) Julia Stinn performed QPCR. Assays were titrated in 6 (?) dilutions.
